David Jacobs, who later had another scandal where he supposedly killed his gf (Amanda Knox I want to say...definitely don't recall her name 100%) and then took his own life.

He had a large list of names, as you say, including high profile people from many walks of life. He supposedly sold to NFL, MLB and celebrities and all sorts of people.

Yet we never heard so much as a fart in church about it after the initial news of his death came about.
