this fucking pisses me off.  So many clowns stepping onstage who have no place being there.  Gotta come up with a way to weed these guys out, makes bbuilding look pretty damn bad and a slap in the face to the guys who work their asses off and look great

this is why guys shy away from exercises like deadlifts chins and dumbell lifts....
because is hard to d to cheat ...and its hard to get someone to pull the weight off them
