i thought i was about 260-270 since i lost weight since the punching videos. but today at my parents house i weighed myself at 305 with clothes on
wow ive realy been pushing myself latley too working out. almost at 200 reps daily.. some hint of abs in the right kind of light but nothing yet. but i look pretty good in a most muscular after 40 pushups though
i notice if i really dedicated atleast one set per hour i can hit near 200 reps per day
what happens is if you do an intense set per hour youll stay up much later than normal reving up the metabolism at night
what happens is youll sleep a little less but have more "dense" of a sleep
by the third night youll sleep normal 8 hours
then next night sleep less
your body will naturally want to catch up on its sleep but you wont need extra sleep, youll simply just sleep harder
