I have seen enough Vigilanti South American "lets burn the rapist on the street and take footage with mobile phone" videos to know that a simple bucket of petrol to 99% is not doing the job - they burn for a while the fire dies down the guy is crispy but never dead, you always have to "refill" and do the whole shit again.
Its labor intensive, he however thought this through and didn't do a half arsed job, remember whats worth doing is worth doing right.
