The ending to Sleep Away Camp! Saw it when I was a kid. Talk about a freak out!  

A +1 to you sir. I have all three of those movies.   Talk about a Real B horror film.

I will go with the scene in "The Fog" where Father Malone is drinking wine, here's something and the journal falls from the rocks.
