Probably because Christian Bale has decided not to do another Batman movie... It would be ridiclous to just continue the series with a different actor... Sad, but Im really looking forward to this movie though. I hope it can live up to the first two movies.

I think people are thinking a guy the size of Duncan, who would tower over Batman without lifts or special effects, but would he fit the role acting wise? I think acting comes first to Nolan vs gimmicks.

They're entertaining for sure but I don't get why people act like these are legendary films. I mean The Dark Knight is ranked as the #9 movie OF ALL TIME on IMDB. Seriously? Does anyone really think there are only eight movies in world history better than a Batman movie?
