I don't think Arnold's legs were as nearly as underdeveloped as some people said they were. It was just that his upper body overwhelmed everything else--especially his chest.

As far as I'm concerned, the current pro's have overdeveloped legs legs. Branch is a perfect example. Huge, stupid looking legs. Arnold was perfection

Correct.

Arnold's legs were huge, it's just that for some reason the standard went from huge, striated legs to obscenely huge, blocky, inhuman legs. If the standard in the 70's was to have obscenely huge legs, Arnolds would have been the hugest and the most obscene. I'm glad that was not the standard in the 70's though. Arnold looks like a God.
