in all honesty he improved, A LOT. his bf is lower, still far from any kind of "shape", but ok for off season. his arms and legs are ok, his back and chest are weak. his chest would be ok if he dropped that lypo.

If he used the same kind of form he does on flat bench with his back exercises, he could probably finally bring it up. Needs to do something about those shoulders, too. But the main thing I wish someone would communicate to him is to get REALLY LEAN. I know Adonis says he's a Jason fan, and Ad-man is keen to nail delusional people about how much fat they actually need to loose (sometimes to the point of hyperbole, but that's beside the point here). In his recent "chest" training video, Jason talked about competing at 175 and 4-5% bodyfat. It's clear he's more like 13-15% right now. I reckon he'd have to lose a shitload of weight to look good onstage. Think of him as an early LeafyBug with nowhere near as much muscle and balance -- and how much did Leafy weigh in his first contest? 138, and taller than Jason to boot?
I want to see the kid succeed. I really do. But until people stop sucking his dick dry with bullshit encouragement, he'll never even amount to 5th place in Mr. Bumbfuck Tri-County Invitational. As someone else here recently said, the key to winning shows, especially little ones, is being SHREDDED. All of the "hater reps," call-outs and bullshitting in the world means nothing onstage when you're not under 7% bodyfat or better.
