Why Eric Holder covered up the 1995 Trentadue murder
BY COACH COLLINS, ON DECEMBER 23RD, 2011
by Doug Book,  staff writer

From documents obtained by Jesse Trentadue, it’s clear that Clinton Administration Deputy Attorney General Eric Holder and his DOJ team had conspired to squelch any investigation into the August, 1995 murder of Trentadue’s brother Kenneth. (1)

But the obvious question is WHY? And why kill Kenneth Trentadue at all? He was no more than a face in the crowd, hardly distinguished or distinguishable from tens of millions of others throughout the United States. What would move the Deputy Attorney General to animate resources of the United States Justice Department to make certain there would be no hearing, no investigation, no grand jury indictment, not the least question raised about his death?

Four months prior to Kenneth Trentadue’s murder the Oklahoma City bombing had taken place. Tim McVeigh and Terry Nichols were found guilty of the 168 deaths which occurred that day and McVeigh was eventually executed while Nichols was sentenced to life without parole.

Were the Department of Justice–and principally the FBI—to have had its way, these events would have put an end to the story of the Oklahoma City bombing.

But the wrongful death lawsuit which eventually yielded proof of Eric Holder’s role in the DOJ cover up of his brother’s death and years of Freedom of Information Act requests which wrenched documents from a tenacious and unwilling Department of Justice have finally led Jesse Trentadue to an unimaginable tale of government corruption, conspiracy and intrigue. (2)

And it all centers around the Oklahoma City bombing and the roles played by the FBI and Department of Justice in allowing it to go forward. McVeigh and Nichols had NOT acted alone as the federal government has insisted for 16 years. The pair had the help of a group of serial bank robbers and nazi-racists calling itself the Aryan Republican Army.  And that group, along with countless other dangerous, neo Nazi organizations in the US had been infiltrated by informants reporting to the FBI.

Tragically for Kenneth Trentadue, he dramatically resembled a member of that group, right down to the dragon tattoo on his left forearm. And Jesse Trentadue is convinced his brother was killed that night in the Oklahoma City Federal Transfer Center because he had been mistaken for that man, Richard Lee Guthrie. In fact, Guthrie was ALSO found hanged in a Kentucky, county jail cell in 1996, apparently another case of “government assisted suicide!” (3)

And why did all of this have to be covered up at the highest levels of the United States government?  Because a number of former members of the ARA might have possessed far too much information about the Oklahoma City bombing and the role of FBI informants in its execution.

In short, the FBI KNEW of the plan to blow up a federal building. It’s informants had stood by and watched the criminal ARA acquisition of funds used for the project.  And now a young man had been killed in his jail cell, joining the hundreds of dead and injured in the Murrah building blast.

And prior Department of Justice knowledge of the events and plans leading up to this disaster could NOT be revealed to the American public.

Call it an FBI sting gone horribly wrong, dress it up any way you want, the fact remains law enforcement officials and bureaus of the federal government knew of this deadly scheme and did nothing to stop its execution! No amount of spin would set the Clinton Administration free of blame for such a deadly, inexcusable blunder.

So it had to be buried, right along with the victims of the explosion itself. And right along with Kenneth Trentadue, no doubt dead because he had been beaten in order to extract information about how much he knew–information known only to the man he so tragically resembled.

And the Clinton hired gun in charge of making sure none of this saw the light of day by covering up the fragile lynchpin of the Trentadue murder was Eric Holder.

Ok.  I read it.  There is evidence the guy was murdered and didn't commit suicide and that law enforcement officials have lied.  That doesn't = Holder et al. covering up the guy's murder to hide the mistaken belief Trentadue was involved in the OKC bombing.

‘Fast and Furious’ Not Holder’s First Controversy Involving the Murder of an American Citizen
by Bob McCarty

While some in the news media say Eric Holder’s involvement in the controversial ATF gun-running program known as Operation Fast and Furious is “only the tip of the iceberg,” Salt Lake City attorney Jesse Trentadue says he “was way ahead of the curve” in pointing out the attorney general’s involvement in shady activities.  He points to a scathing 4-page letter (PDF) he sent to Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.) Dec. 19, 2008, as proof.

In the letter, Trentadue told the chair of the powerful Senate Judiciary Committee the following:
You need to know that Eric Holder, now nominated to become Attorney General, played a key role in covering up the torture-murder of my brother, Kenneth Michael Trentadue. You also need to know that Mr. Holder did this while serving as Deputy Attorney General and Acting Attorney General from 1997-2001.
This is not just my shocking opinion. It is also the opinion of many Americans. More importantly, it is supported by the Justice Department’s records and actions that came to light as a result of my family’s efforts to obtain a certain measure of justice for my brother’s murder.
Kenneth was killed in Oklahoma City in August of 1995. My family has spent over 13 years investigating my brother’s gruesome murder, including bringing a wrongful death lawsuit in federal court in 1997. In that case, the Justice Department hid and destroyed evidence that would have exposed my brother’s murders, and we believe that Mr. Holder was directly involved in those acts of obstruction of justice.
In a footnote appearing on page one of that letter, Trentadue noted the following:
Despite the destruction of evidence, the court awarded my family a $1 million judgment. We have used that money to offer a $250,000 reward for the people who killed Kenney. That offer is posted at: www.kmtreward.com. This site also contains the irrefutable evidence that my brother was murdered, which evidence was kept from us by the Justice Department.
Trentadue’s letter continues:
To this day, however, despite the efforts of my family, numerous journalists, and Congress, the Justice Department has been able to hide this terrible story — and its culpability in the death of my brother Kenneth. More importantly, then Deputy Attorney General Eric Holder was assigned to be the point man in blocking my family’s efforts to bring my brother Kenneth Trentadue’s murderers to justice. Now, President-elect Barack Obama has nominated Eric Holder to be the new Attorney General.
The paper trail on Mr. Holder’s actions is scant. However, e-mails and handwritten notes by those working under Mr. Holder in the Justice Department have surfaced. These documents paint a clear picture of a wide-ranging and cynical scheme, run directly by Mr. Holder, to quash my family’s efforts to have my brother’s murder investigated, and to deflect congressional oversight and media attention from the shocking circumstances of his death.
According to these documents, a significant part of this plan involved Mr. Holder convincing Congress not to inquire into my brother’s murder. The plan called for Mr. Holder to meet with Senator Hatch on October 9, 1997, just prior to the Justice Department’s issuance of a Press Release announcing that the federal grand jury supposedly “investigating” my brother’s murder had failed to charge anyone with this crime.
The stated purpose of this meeting between Mr. Holder and Senator Hatch was to defuse Judiciary Committee oversight and media inquiry into the circumstances of my brother’s death. In fact, one e-mail states that “we ain’t looking for press on this. Hill takes priority.”
But that meeting apparently did not go as planned by Mr. Holder, because the next day, October 10, 1997, Senator Hatch gave an exclusive interview to Fox News in which he spoke out against the results of the grand jury and the Justice Department’s handling of the case.

Rather than share Trentadue’s summary of what Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah), told Fox News during the interview Oct. 10, 1997, I offer video (below) of the interview itself.

Did you catch that? Senator Hatch said, “There’s a lot wrong with this case.” Not surprisingly, Jesse Trentadue agrees and points anyone willing to listen to the remaining content of his letter to Senator Leahy (PDF) before noting the following:
Fast & Furious is only the “tip of the iceberg”;

fellas, take it from a longtime conspiracy theorist.

1- everyone gets away with it
2- no matter how right you are, people will always call you crazy
3- you spend your time thinking about that and it's unsettling
4- it's better to recognize things then try to make your own situation better because of it

In other words, if you think the govt let 911 happen to start a war for oil - then invest your money in oil and war companies.  There are always going to be 5 brainwashed idiots who post stupid tinfoil pics for every one voter that realizes shit is smelly, so you'll never vote the CT out of office.  Mitt will beat RPaul in 48 of the 50 states, ya know?

So really, all you can do it look at it, reach your own conclusion, and shake your head and try to do the best you can do in life.  That's it man, and this comes from a guy who was a CTer for 3 or 4 years.  It's a pointless endeavor really.

Did Eric Holder Provide Explosives to Timothy McVeigh?
Posted on December 20, 2011 by Guest Writer

by Doug Book

Documents obtained by Salt Lake City attorney Jesse Trentadue in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit show then-Deputy Attorney General Eric Holder authorized members of the FBI to provide explosives to Oklahoma City bombing criminals Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols immediately prior to the April 1995 bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah building.

Holder had authorized the FBI to provide the explosives to McVeigh and Nichols in conjunction with a Clinton administration undercover operation named PATCON, an acronym for “Patriot Conspiracy.” As Jesse Trentadue describes it, “PATCON was designed to infiltrate and incite…militia and evangelical Christians to violence so that the Department of Justice could crush them.” [1]

Both Waco and Ruby Ridge are now known to have been PATCON-inspired, Department of Justice plots.

Shortly after the Oklahoma City bombing, Holder instructed FBI agents to recover from Terry Nichols any remainder of the explosives the Bureau had provided him and McVeigh. To the chagrin of Eric Holder, the explosives were later discovered by another agency, complete with the fingerprints of Nichols, McVeigh, and two FBI agents. Holder had reportedly offered Nichols respite from the death penalty for his cooperation in recovering the explosives.  Obviously, the Deputy Attorney General considered covering up his criminal complicity in the bombing a good deed eminently worth sparing Nichols his just punishment for the murders of 168 innocent Americans.

Jesse Trentadue accidentally came across PATCON while investigating the murder of his brother Kenneth at the hands of the Clinton Department of Justice. An FBI informant familiar with the Oklahoma City bombing story, Kenneth was found hanged in his cell after having been jailed by the FBI. Though an official FBI report had listed Kenneth as a suicide, it was obvious that he had been severely beaten and had his throat cut.

Upon Jesse taking the federal government to court, a federal judge ruled that the FBI had not only lied about Kenneth Trentadue’s death, the Bureau was also found guilty of having destroyed evidence concerning the case. In 2001 the Trentadue family was awarded $1.1 million, $250,000 of which remains a reward for information leading to the conviction of Kenneth Trentadue’s killers.

In late November, Newsweek magazine was to run a story revealing the history of PATCON, including the Oklahoma City bombing, the part played by Eric Holder, the FBI-initiated killings at Waco and Ruby Ridge, and the subsequent murder of Kenneth Trentadue. But as Mike Vanderboegh,  owner of the Sipsey Street Irregulars blog reports, Newsweek senior editor Tina Brown was “convinced” by members of the Clinton and Obama administrations to remove certain information from the lengthy R M Schneiderman article. Although originally approved for publication by Newsweek editor John Solomon, the article which finally appeared in the magazine had been cut to pieces, undoubtedly providing great relief to Holder, Clinton, Clinton Attorney General Janet Reno, and many other current and former members of the Department of Justice.

It hardly needs pointed out that this and other extraordinary stories of corruption and facilitation of murder by the Clinton and Obama administrations stink to high heaven. A number of links for further reading have been provided below. Rest assured that we at CoachIsRight.com will continue to pursue the stories of PATCON, Fast and Furious, and any other examples of executive branch corruption.

It’s doubtful we will want for material.

Oklahoma City bombing: FBI sting gone wrong or murderous conspiracy for federal acquisition of power
Coach is Right ^ | 12/26/2011 | Doug Book

When Salt Lake City attorney Jesse Trentadue filed a 1997 wrongful death lawsuit against the Clinton Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Prisons he had no idea that the scraps of information grudgingly released by the federal government would be the first in a 15 year trail of evidence detailing the criminal involvement of the FBI, CIA, ATF and United States Secret Service in the planning and execution of the Oklahoma City bombing.

Since the 1995 murder of his brother Kenneth in his cell at the Federal Transfer Center in Oklahoma City, Trentadue has badgered, bullied, harassed, threatened and sued by the federal government of the United States. His Freedom of Information Act requests and inevitable lawsuits against those government agencies which have rigorously ignored them have provided extraordinary evidence of federal intrigue spanning 3 White House administrations.

He has documented the cover-up of FBI and Department of Justice involvement in his brother’s murder; a cover-up engineered by then Deputy Attorney General Eric Holder.

He has obtained evidence of CIA spy satellites concentrated on the Elohim City location of Oklahoma City bombing conspirators and bomb makers.

He has documented the roles played by FBI and ATF informants in the target selection of the Alfred P. Murrah building and the acquisition of bomb making materials.

He has records of a telephone contact to Elohim City confederates by bomber Tim McVeigh 2 days prior to the blast.

He has demonstrated that the FBI systematically erased key moments in video recordings detailing the route traveled by the Ryder truck used in the bombing.

He has forced the FBI to cynically claim in federal court that known-to-exist video of individuals filmed climbing out of that Ryder truck 3 minutes before detonation has “been lost.”

He spent 2 days with Terry Nichols at...

The FBI and its "untouchable" Oklahoma City bombing informant
Coach is Right ^ | 12/28/2011 | Doug Book

Posted on Wednesday, December 28, 2011 1:40:40 PM by Oldpuppymax

To this day the Federal Bureau of Investigation claims to have discovered not a single Oklahoma City bombing co-conspirator in league with Tim McVeigh and Terry Nichols.

Yet McVeigh and Nichols did not act alone in the 1995 scheme which killed 168 individuals and injured hundreds more. They had help, some of it coming from the FBI itself! And evidence to that effect is overwhelming.

In 2004, Terry Lynn Nichols wrote to Attorney General John Ashcroft from his prison cell in Florence, Colorado offering to provide a complete account of his knowledge of and participation in the Oklahoma City bombing while revealing the names and roles of individuals never pursued by the American justice system.

If Ashcroft did not believe Nichols capable of telling the truth, or if he did not want to spend his own time on a potentially fruitless trip to Colorado, one would think the Attorney General at least to have been interested enough to send a representative to find out what the convicted killer of 168 people had to say.

But Ashcroft did not respond to Nichols’ letter, addressing only an order to the Bureau of Prisons forbidding Nichols from speaking with members of the media. (1)

In his letter to Ashcroft, Terry Nichols brought up the involvement in the Oklahoma City bombing plot of gun dealer and longtime Tim McVeigh personal friend Roger Moore. Nichols states that Moore “…provided “blasting caps” and “kine-stik along with other components” necessary for the building of the bomb.

Indeed Nichols claimed in a 2007 Declaration obtained by attorney Jesse Trentadue that McVeigh arranged for him to stage a sham robbery of Roger Moore’s home during which firearms, cash and bomb making materials were taken. (2)

According to Nichols, this ‘robbery of convenience’ was agreed upon between Moore and McVeigh...
