Ok so I thought it would be a good idea to start this thread about how we have our own methods of combating the side effects caused by gear, and other things we take to help our progression in bodybuilding.
1. Anxiety
Xanax or efexor xl work very well, Xanax are supposedly addictive though
2. Cholesterol
One guy here uses niacin each night, I use lecithin granules in my food twice a day and cholesterol is ideal
3. Eating more
Marijuana is used by many pros but a lot of us have fulltime jobs and can't go around stoned 24\7, gh15 recommends digestive enzymes with each meal and I like pineapple with each meal
4. Liver protection
Milk thistle as far as I know is most people's choice
5. Kidney protection
I dunno, I'd like some insight here
6. Low sex drive
Proviron at 100mg a day will sort this out
7. Spots
Never get them myself but light spots could be solved by sunbed use, heavy spot problems might take roactane
