I ate a lot one day and felt nasty and full (I am currently getting ripped). So I said fuck this and today was in the gym in the morning, and back on my diet. Feel a lot better to be honest. Jason Statham ain't got shit on me.

5-10lbs of crap weight, but I'm lifting heavier than I have in years so it's a good trade off. I'll drop the body fat over the next month or 2 though.

Despite a large consumption of dead animal, yams, potatoes, casseroles, washed down with pies and chocolates....I only managed 5lbs...I'm sure I'll dump most of that off at the pool today.... :D

Not much. Have ate 2000-3000 cals more a day for a couple days worth of sweets. But have also worked out, walked a lot, long hours of sex...so 1-2 kg of water/fat at most. Will be gone by the end of the week.

holidays arent over yet............... pig out for more than a few days and its going to be more than water weight for sure

couple of extra cardio sessions for me next yr

had 6 turkey stuffing and cranberry sauce sarnies just before writing this.. crisps dips and christmass cake are calling me from the kitchen still too

If I eat 5-6000 calories one day, I just fast the next, so zero weight gain.

I love how getbigger either are getting cut or bulking all the time .. yet .. after 7 years I barely seen a handfull either putting on 15 lbs of muscle with quality or getting ripped lol
