Cleanest Natural Pics - Before and After

Can anyone put together this 2 pics like a before and after at the same resolution? I would appreciate it. I mean make it one pic instead of 2 separate ones.

Again, this is very difficult, I hope you appreciate the time that went into this.  In case you're wondering, that's a diagram of a clitoris and associated parts from the English wikipedia page on Clitoris.  I put it to replace your head.  In case you didn't notice.

I readjusted the first one to include clitoris heads, for continuity's sake, the severed penii did not look right.  Also I had to turn them upside down to fit properly, in a way it's more fitting, you can pretend the protruding clitoris is your tongue.  I hope you like my efforts.
