Greene and Martinez Out of Arnold Classic Contention: Fan Reaction

In what comes as a shock to bodybuilding fans around the world, FLEX magazine has reported that two-time Arnold Classic champion and perennial Mr. Olympia contender, Kai Greene, has announced that he will skip the Arnold and focus his efforts on winning the IFBB Mr. Olympia competition.

A staple on the competitive circuit, Greene cited his body's need for rest as a major factor leading to this decision. Competing in 3 or more competitions each year has taken a physical toll and has not allowed him to peak at the level he would need to win the biggest title in professional bodybuilding: "Mr. O."

he's rich anyways, so he doesn't need the arnold money, besides the 100k is a drop in the bucket to what he'll earn with an olympia win.

So any person who thinks they know something can now 'write' an article on Yahoo.

Kai Greene was never on the list for the 2012 Arnold Classic, nor did he apply for an invite. They did want him to compete. Thus, it seems pretty fair now that one or perhaps two competitors that fare well at the 2012 Flex Pro in February will be invited to the Arnold Classic.

Bodybuilders are the laziest athletes (wait, they are not athletes) in the world!
They can't perform more than once a year and Arnold and Olympia in the same year is too much for him, even if the 2 competition are 6 month apart from each other!
Kay Greene is now officially the laziest in the world after Floyd Mayweather who fight every 18 month!
The mayor difference is that Floyd make 25 millions a fight and do not need more money!
