Why do some people in gyms always hog the weights? I go the gym for a general workout (cardio or weights) but whenever i want to go on the bench press there is a scary steroid pumped person. I used to take creatine at uni for a while because I have a natural skinny build and got a bit big, but I now just want to be athletic. I weigh 14 stone and am 6 feet 2. I want to get to 13 1/2 stone. I run 10 k 3 times a week. Any one else go the gym?
Yes, I go too leader. I see a number of people who are pretty hooked on developing bulk and lifting ridiculously stupid amounts of weights. Some of them are OK and approachable but there's a group of about three blokes that go in on an almost daily basis that come across as being incredibly nacissistic, arrogant and are frankly odious girls. I now do a mixture of weights, machines and cardio. Do cardio on step, cross trainer, cycle, treadmill and rower about five days a week and alternate between the long muscles and back and legs. I like to have a high VO2 capacity and lower my blood pressure and a high level of physical fitness but have tried to even it out now to look at body conditioning to maintain my muscle mass. I do loads of stretching and stuff like press ups, crunches and back raises to build body suppleness. I do loads of walking outside the gym too.
You've got to laugh at meat heads lifting weights while looking in't mirror. They'd suck their own cocks if they hadn't shrivelled back into their abdomen
Gym memberships are a complete waste of money as far as keeping fit goes. It's good as a social meeting place put that is about all. Have a couple of 8kg dumbells at home and an exercise bike, you can do you own upper body exercises, run and swim, and that is enough imo. The majority of people who go to the gym are self attention seeking, arrogant fucktards.
You don't need heavy weights to keep your body toned, 8kg bells are perfectly adequate unless you want to look like Arnold S . It's not a question of how much weight you can lift. I've got around 10 different exercises which I do three sets of every day. Combine that with sticking you feet under a radiator and doing threes ets of 30 sit-ups, and then 30 mins on the bike saves you around £30 per month, and keeps your fitness to a good level. Throw in a couple of 3 mile runs and bob's your uncle, sorted.
My cock isn`t shriveled into my body, I just can`t get my back to bend over far enough to get it in my mouth.
