Well I'll tell you guys that i'm on 25IU Omni's/day (5 days on 2 off, only to save money)
And 45IU's of log every workout day.

I won't bore you with the other stuff since I'm assuming that's all you guys wanted to know.

what kind of sides does 25iu of hgh give you? I get severe wrist pain on only 5iu

Are you using pharm grade? I get some sides...lotta water rentension, hands are always numb, sometimes I can't even grab the milk out of the fridge lol. Always drowsy/tired, have had one incident where I fell asleep at the wheel and went into a ditch...not fun. My feet have grown a few sizes, hands and head have some growth as well.

Other than that not too bad actually. The positives outweigh the negatives by a mile

Really? Interesting. My friend has been on 5ius for 2 months now, and he says his wrists/grip feels great. At jj practice his grip is unbreakable and others complain about it lol. But he's a fighter not a bber, and def not as heavy as you.

I'm going to be honest I was going to up the doseage even more...

It gets difficult to keep your waist a certain size and keep adding more size to the places that need it. I always need to be bigger to seem thicker than my taller competitors. Oh the joys of being 5'6
