I got suicidal tendencies when this happens but what makes something like this happen?

fix your diet, up the dose, increase the cardio, look like shit.

Your body fluctuates. It will never be at its peak 100% of the time, that is why they call it a peak. Just be happy that you are healthy.

Well man, according to your thread about this yesterday it means that you lost at least 10 pounds of muscle in one week, and gained at least 2 pounds of fat lol

training didnt change at all


but i've been sitting at home all day this week since no work this week



i guess it's true after all that working makes you jacked
