never 5% over all,, i would say it is probably around 5'11 180lb during the later hours of the day ...6% uppoer torse ,, 8 % lower torse,, which give you over all 7% ,,

and! this is VERY hard to  maintain for long truely natural ,, maybe 30 days,, then veins colapse on you and start losing condition if truly natural

I've never had any surgeries and it's not a scar.  It's a remnant of the chicken pox from when I was a kid.  Underneath my left pec is a much bigger example of this; I just don't think it's visible due to the angle the photo was shot at.  I have a few more riddled throughout my body.

I'm not in the business of telling jokes.  I try to keep up with you guys, but you're much more astute at it.  Because of what I've been able to accomplish naturally, I can completely believe it when I see pictures of Jeff Willet, Skip La Cour, and Kiyoshi Moody and they claim they're natural.  I actually know Kiyoshi Moody, but that's another story.

That opinion is not popular here.  It seems like whenever someone looks too good or has accomplished too much in the NPC, they can't be natural; I don't understand that.  If you had evidence to the contrary, then you could prove your point and have a valid argument.  Unfortunately, that's never the case and it's just a bunch of insults based on opinions.

Think what you like.  If you have used drugs, I'm happy for you.  But, why put other people down for their decision not to use them?  What does that say about your personality?  I haven't been here very long, so I'm not trying to put you down.  I'm sure you have made many positive contributions while being a member here.
