i would make a sprint at overeem going for a neck take down as my first point of contact he might try either a knee or a punch/upper cut but i will have my arms nearly criss crossed as a defense while going for his neck, if he trys a knee he will be off balance and wont hit my head at all , this will make him off balance
as we are falling i sprawl out with my legs to maintain position as im going for punching his face and his neck

Your boxing is a joke, and I doubt your conditioning could win a Toughman boxing competition.
You are too heavy, you don't even have the stamina for a 3-4 fight toughman with 1 minute rounds, let alone rounds that are 3-5 minutes.
