blackstrap molasses pretty much pwns most other carbs for energy

this shit is wicked for energy my only concern is the high amount of copper but i think copper can be lost with either coco i think but anyways. consuming this gives me alot more  energy to workout than fruit juices or sodas. i saw one place where i could order 1 gallon of sulfer free blackstrap molasses for 10 bucks!
