Thats not synthol. Its clearly a biceps tear that occurred three weeks ago.

That's not synthol... it's literally impossible to build muscles of that size with synthol, since your body metabolizes it too quickly. The only way to get muscles of that size are:
1) Surgery
or
2) A special kind of vet oil (forget what it's called) that takes much longer to metabolize than synthol.
