Who Made It To The Gym Today

Most likely 99% of Getbiggers didn't. We all know you just come here for the pics of men in thongs. For me it was business as usual.
Leg day:
Leg Press-4 working sets up to 10 plates per side, full range of motion for an easy 10
Hack Squat-4 working sets worked up to 5 plates per side for 8 ass to grass reps
Leg ext.-4 working sets isolating each leg
Lying leg curls-4 sets
Seated leg curls-4 sets
Calves-6 sets

I am sure this thread won't go a page.

I was there....and there were not that many there....a bunch were moving VERY slowly.  LOL

I wish I would have brought my phone in...the loony chick was there.  Comes in (no matter what time of year) with a parka on.  She also wears these heels that dancers (ballroom) wear.  She will dance in front of the mirrors.  Today she looked at her belt in the mirror, went to the locker room and changed it....repeated that three times.

There used to be a chunky woman who did a funky little dance in the middle of the gym. Never saw her move any weights just dance. Haven't seen her in months, I miss that comedy.

Did drop sets on quads, lovely

I didn't realize we were supposed to work out 7 days a week or else we are lazy bitches. I purposely made today an off day because I knew I would wake up late and watch football all day

yes its a holiday so unfortunately most gyms are closed. but whats the big deal with going to the gym the first day of the year? just keep going regularly the rest of the 52 weeks

Gyms are closed in most places but I think I will train shoulders at home. I was with my family last night so no drinking for me, haha I mean, nobody in my family does it.

My gym was open and did my normal Sunday work out.  Totally dead though and man that was nice!  Not looking forward to all the 'resolution to lose weight' flood that will come in later in the week for about a month or two.   :o

Back day (2 working sets of the following exercises):

Cross-bench DB pullovers (Last set used 100lb DB for set of 10)
Front Pulldowns  (Only used straps for the last set -- which was the stack for a not totally sloppy set of 8)
BB Bent Rows  (Last set did 275 x 10 and then threw the weight down Branch-style because there was hardly anyone else in the whole gym, haha)
Straight-arm cable pullovers supersetted with light rear pulldowns (focusing on contracted position)

(Then I experimented with seated cable rows where I sat on a bosu on top of the regular place where you sit to change the angle -- worked out good though it looked ghey.  I'll probably add this for next week -- if I can wrest the bosu from the goofs who are usually using it.)
