Back day (2 working sets of the following exercises):
Cross-bench DB pullovers (Last set used 100lb DB for set of 10)
Front Pulldowns (Only used straps for the last set -- which was the stack for a not totally sloppy set of

BB Bent Rows (Last set did 275 x 10 and then threw the weight down Branch-style because there was hardly anyone else in the whole gym, haha)
Straight-arm cable pullovers supersetted with light rear pulldowns (focusing on contracted position)
(Then I experimented with seated cable rows where I sat on a bosu on top of the regular place where you sit to change the angle -- worked out good though it looked ghey. I'll probably add this for next week -- if I can wrest the bosu from the goofs who are usually using it.)
