Wow, one of the most impressive pro training clips i've seen in a LONG time

i know its an enemy site ;D but just saw this, 600 for reps with very good depth non lockout reps on the squat, dude squats like a machine.

why is palumbo mentioning johnnies name... this guy is stronger than johnnie jackson....
you wont find a vid of johnnie or branch doing squats with 6 plates for reps like that

12 plates is 540 and the 45lb bar make it 585lbs close enough to 600

actually almost everyone i've seen a video of train at that gym say those plates are very heavy, someone weighed one once and it was 47 pounds.

Meso- hes natural too bro! U should watch his vids u can b just like him one day...  In his chest vid he mentioned he used a ph bak in 09 but that stuff just wasnt for him. Almost felt like he was cheating and his stomach groaned from it...  So inspirational man
