HGH Legality Question.

Hello fellow cult members,
  I have a question regarding HGH. I am currently on hormone replacement therapy prescribed to me by my doc. Now, in the past i have been prescribed HGH. Now though, the clinics can only carry brand name HGH and can no longer produce it in-house due to legal reasons,etc.
   That being the case, the HGH they sell is WAAAY too expensive  (HGH Tev-Tropin 5mg (15 iu) BRAND $245). Therefore I have thought about ordering it through the black market. Now, if i get a prescription for HGH from my doc, then I order HGH from the blackmarket, am i still lawfully able to purchase it and posess HGH from a blackmarket source since my doc has prescribed it to me?

Technically you must use the medicine prescribed but for instance i am prescribed nexium for my stomach and sometimes get a generic same product from the pharmacy as it's cheaper and that's not against the law, in this country anyway. Hope that helps, I think it wouldn't be totally legal for you to use gh you get yourself but the fact it's prescribed to you anyway would stop you to some degree getting in trouble if caught. You'd still have to explain how u got the gh though

Assuming you live in the USA you really aren't going to have any problems with the law unless it is a scheduled drug.  GH is not scheduled.  The only thing you could possibly get a charge for would be drug paraphernalia (needles syringes) and since you have a script, they can't even charge you with that.

I'm not familiar with the legislation in the US, BUT I do know that controlled drugs usually entails controlled suppliers and buyers.  You are most likely going to have legal issues if you buy from an illegal source, maybe not the same as if you had no prescriptions, though.
