The better question is...who usually buys these chairs from me....the answer is people with disposable incomes who spare no expense for the best recliner in the world. Also people who wish to make some extra money. I also sell an optional credit card and cash processor to attach to the chair and it can be placed in a suitable location...usually you'll find these chairs at shopping malls and etc.
As far as the internet is concerned, if it can be shipped...it can be sold.
And yes, the design is European.
