if you would've started the thread like "some pics of me... your moms on the bed" it would've been better.

you have a similar built to my self, you look allright but nothing to brag about.

well, i mean by adding the things i listed you will get some more muscle fullness and shape without looking fatter. you'll get much harder and "3d" looking with gh and tren, anavar is a decent substitute for tren if you want to use something more mild

shit i was gonna say that his delts, arms and chest were his best bodyparts, very round tris and delts for being as slender as he is, very good foundation for size, awesome abdominals.
