i just had a big piece for coworkers birthday did i fuck up my nutrient window? it was between meals 3 and 4 so i think ruined any gains this week time to throw up and add an extra hour of cardio

there all fat and chain smokers i purged the cake in the bathroom so this week in the gym is saved. back to boiled chicken and rice living the dream

Somebody made awesome these fudge brownies and brought them in to work today.
Bad idea. I had a great squat session that ended with what Dante would call a widowmaker yesterday and have been craving calories. I demolished three of them and just left, otherwise I would have eaten more.

You mean my "Bodybuilding Babe likes to pump it hard" shoot? I can't seem to find it either....must have got deleted because a certain person began attacking me and my children.
Anyway back to chocolate cake. My best friend gave me some the other day from the cheesecake shop and it was so moist and delish. It had some kind of liquer in it and went well with the double cream I covered it in.
