Clay looks about the same a he always has, just a bit chubbier. On the other hand, Lou looks thinner in the face.

Here is a photo of another American Idol contestant, Adam Lambert. He looks pretty different that he did when he was on the show too. However, it is hard to know what Adam really looks like since he's into a lot of make-up.
