Hey dude, im not saying that im big and conditioned, lol? Im far from it. VERY VERY far.

Im just saying that im far away from a natural kiddo... We live in a sick world where people on 1g test week and 500mg of trenbo ace claims to be natural
It´s just sick...

just saying, im still on frist year of underground shit gear, unfortunatly, need to get some sources.

I will began to get more ace trenb, and try to lower the test tho. Tri blends should work. I really thank you guys.

About acne, any more advising?

as for the author you need couple of things:

 - cardio
 - aromatase inhibitors
 - CHEST development. and i thought i had no chest, lol.

your estrogen is WAY out of control. that's why you have this horrific acne and bloat. you should take care of it since it will be EXTREMELY high to diet down with estrogen so high.

well im going to say it in kilos, if i try to say that in lbs going to screw it up like i did in inches lol.

Deadlift i do about 80kgs on each side = about 170kgs with the bar.
My squats are pretty garbage 60kgs on each side = about 130kgs with the bar.
Benching press about 120kgs.

They are my max.

Im not a good powerlifter, I like to do less weight and more concentrated movements, doing exercises til failure. I have spent years around trying to "LIFT" weights, and thats not good if u want to grow.

My diet right now is on 200g carbs a day, ~300 prot, and ~50g fat. Next month doing 100g carbs, and then zero carb.
Cardio 2x a day.

Ive said im 200 pounds at the frist page, im wrong, im 87kgs, wich is 193lbs.
Gonna cut until at least ~79kgs 174lbs.

Of course the mirror should tell when im lean, but a need to lose probably about 8kgs of fat/water.

I've already read the bible.

You said bodybuilders overall uses accutane (isotretinoin.) but here in my country is little difficult to get it.

Any other advise without accutane using? Some people say about B5, other about Chorella (herb.) I don't know.

I've been using EA´s for almost a year now (Mostly propionate test, boldenone, stanozolol, and ace trenb for a while.), and my skin is beginning to ruin my appearance.

Here are some pics, i am developing even acne on my stomach, lol, it sux. thanks god is only on my torso, not on the face or legs, my back is pretty fucked up too.


and since I'm posting pics, please give me some feedback about bodyfat, I'm on cutting right now, need to lose that waist fat. I'm on pre-contest, planing on compete in April for a fitness show. (I'm not on bodybuilding level yet lol.)

you should make sure you are in shape to look good... some people can get away with being 11/12 % you van not! but you are somewhere at 10% you look 15 lol... because of the water.

get some proviron from farmacia... and you have tren on the way like you saidtest....
masteron is hard to get in brazil, but in the farmacia they have proviron, which is a poor mans masterone..
low dose test only if needed.... use 50 mg eod and go from there.
your acne is from bunk gear dude.... seen it on a lot of guys.... it's bunk gear!!!

tren 150 mg eod
proviron 50 mg a day
do this until you are in decent shape... water should go away...
and get a new source!
do not use diuretics off season , only use it for a show!
and eat good! a lot of you brazookas eat like crap!

i would keep test at 100mg eod, i would just add aromasin or atd instead.

We need to go to underground shit even on AI... Only thing wich is cheaper here on pharm is Tamoxifen costs about 10 dolars a box. I use Tamoxifen whe I feel my estrogen going to the high skys. (like now.)

But is not effective as Letrozol of course. Maybe I will try the Underground one.

Need to get some scriptions for Proviron too. Well i think now things should get better, Will get Test from Pharm, proviron from pharm and only thing i shoulde be using underground is Ace trenb.

The problem now is to find a good corrupted doctor.
