With advances in modern bodybuilding set/rep schemes if you aren't at least as big as Arnold you probably are just a genetic invalid.

5'9 and under is small no matter what his weight is

5'10 200 lbs 8% is big
5'11 210 lbs...
6'0 220.....

and so on

Even 5'9" 300 lbs?

weight doesnt matter its build and muscle shape.. and quality dense muscle..
