IBM CEO Palmisano said he would help Obama cut 90 Billion a year from Medicare through tech and other procedures with the same level of service and Obama said no.  TWICE!

Because he is not doing this to cut the deficit or debt.  He is doing this idealogically to collapse America. 

He is being dishonest again and knows that there are enough gullible morons in the population who will eat any shit sandwich he serves them.  He knows he can get away with it due to the morons who elected him. 

If he were being honest about debt and deficit - he would have gotten on board Simpson Bowles or put forward a realistic budget like the Ryan Plan or something else.
