I'm sure that exercise makes him a scary athlete. The first thing an athlete should do is to never bench again and when someone says what do you lift, let it be what you power clean. That is a lift that screams what kind of athlete you are. How many 400lb benchers can't deadlift that?

300 kg for 10 reps is impossible for a human. Period. Even if you had the cross-sectional area of muscle to bench that amount of weight for 10 reps, which would be roughly twice that of Coleman in his prime, the tension and torque of this amount of weight would tear your ligaments and tendons right of their sockets after three or four reps. This video is bullshit. Period.

what about humans attaining superhuman powers through gene therapy and then going on to become special forces lieutenants?

does this classify as bullshit too according to your thinking?

Gene therapy is already here, and hundreds of young men in the World go on to become special forces lieutenants. Far more likely than benching raw 700 lbs for 10 reps.

It adds up (red = 25 kg, blue = 20 kg).

Garbage..What ever happened to the good ol' days like Kaz doing lifts without suits or shirts.
In 1978, Kazmaier won the IPF world powerlifting championship and the American powerlifting championship. He won the IPF world championship again in 1983. In 1981, Kazmaier became the first person to bench press 300 kg in competition. The 1981 event was the same competition in which he totaled 1,100 kg (2,425 lb). His best lifts were: 925 lbs squat (done without a suit), 662 lbs bench press,[1] and 974 lbs deadlift.

Kaz was a freak. Although I would argue there's no way him or coan could be human. Freaks.

hes doing board presses with a 4x4 bouncing in a bench shirt thats prolly equal to 300 legit bench of course it would take practice to do such a stupid feat.  Im sure a determined fat person could do it easily.

there are many fat power lifters who could board press that lock out height like he is. He is getting a bounce on top of it so isnt even doing a lock out.

the deadlift is off by a mile, Kaz never pulled anywhere near 974.
