yea even with the high body fat, his structure looks good..but its hard to be accurate since his high body fat hides his real shape.

as far as the size, he would lose most of his size when dieted down, at  5'10 he'd be 180lbs-ish ripped if that. everyone has "size" at a high body fat.
my friend started his contest prep at 240lbs and his contest weight was 210 lbs and he started WITH ABS! lol tbombz is started with love handles at 230
