I just saw Ron speak for those couple of minutes, but it looks like he is trying to restructure how he answers questions by being more direct to the question. Seems like he wants it.

Every other time I wasted my life watching it, all I ever saw was a bunch of politicians who took whatever question was said and somehow speak for several minutes without actually answering anything close to the original question. Lol.
