tamoxifen does nothing for estrogen control? that is why it is an anti E .... lol... some real experts here...yes letrozole , an ai is better ... but was not available to us... so tamoxifen was used... with succes btw...

It is no an anti-e,it just prevents the estrogen to acumulate in the glands behing your nipples,the actual level of estrogen in blood remains the same.Still did not tell us how much time passed petween first pic and second.
