Kris Gethin over from bbing.com claims to be a life time natural who never has used steroids/hormones. He claims this on his 12 week training video plus at various other points... See the pictures below and discuss....

Sorry... anyone who declares that they go from one extreme to another in 12 weeks is lying IF THEY SAY THEY'RE NATURAL.

Not only is that photo edited to make the former unflattering and the latter flattering, after dieting down you will always look like shit if you are natural until you slowly carb up.

has anyone ever been fooled by this silly commercialesque way of showing progress? you really don't have to be a rocket scientist to see this

Yes - when I was a prepubescent idiot.

Most people just scan these types of photos and never analyse them. Once Bigger Faster Stronger showed how easy it is to make a supplement promo photo, I understood how much bullshit the supplement industry is in.

I am glad that at the age of 21, I know what it takes to truly get big.

think its also a matter of wanting it to be true, then you let yourself buy it.

Yeah exactly. I was incredibly deluded and a part of the BB.com audience for a while until I found getbig. I'm extremely grateful I did. It could have set me back years. I used to think I could look like Ronnie Coleman naturally LOL.
