veins on tricep both arms from the back show blusih whiel skin is thin ,, there is no disturbance in the vein flow,, aka no water retnetion to higher level ,, elimination of bi products who cause extra water ,, bad water,,has been determined,, the arms show veins from the back of the tricep going across tricep bluish purplish while skin is thin

pump feel is there enhanced,,

If I was mentally Ill I wouldnt have any money and would be broke and live at home with my parents. instead I own 3 houses and do very well for myself. even kick down my mom huge amounts of money. I couldnt agree more, i came back from vacation on saturday, started Kigs at 10iu per day on sunday, so far its amazing, my waist is tighter than ever despite im eating the same as always, not clean, my abs look like carved out instead of the slight protruding look they had before, i got great muscle fullness, heads are turning in the gym with a ''WTF?'' look
Lets hope the kigs stay this quality, gh15 and his elfs is doing us all a great service

I still don`t always agree with all he says,but he is usually spot on in most cases.
