That's one difference between men and women though:  most men probably WISH they wouldn't ever "go back to normal" once they get shredded  -- this is the good look.  you're talking about these women as if they believe the good look is "back to normal" ie 12-15% bf; somehow i'm not so sure, lol, and if they don't, we're back at square one: why get do they insist on getting into competition shape if they believe it's a bad look?

I cant speak for all men, but as im dieting and getting small, im thinking about how big i can get next off season. I would NEVER want to walk around at 5% bf. You feel like ass and are hungry.
