405 for reps on front squats is actually pretty strong.

But if Hill knew anything, he should be like Branch Warren; who supposedly stopped squatting for 9mo in order to bring his other body parts back in line with his gargantuan legs.

Dan needs to stop all leg training for a few months and learn how to work those horrible arms of his.

From the lineup pics in his latest contest he actually looks pretty big, his structure/arms/condition-sometimes just makes him look smaller.
