Good advice, thanks.
So you get on a cycle and you are bigger and stronger and pushing a lot of weights in the gym, but guess what your muscles are stronger but your joints and ligaments are not, so the heavier weights start to put a lot of stress on your joints and ligaments and you end up with a nasty injury and you are out of the gym for months. So its better to increase the reps and slowly increase the weights if you want to stay injury free over the long run.
The most important thing is a Personal Trainer...
It's funny, I cant even train more than 45 minutes on a cycle, I feel like absolute shit all the time....all I want to do is sit around and eat. Off cycle I feel good, tons of energy and can lift for hours....go figure.
same for me, and my slepp is so shitty "on" that i d'ont really want to train.
Trainer, I had a great time throat fucking your mom last night while she had an 8 inch butt plug up her ass.Fit
How about not doing roids unless your a pro athlete?
Well what comes first. You say you can be a pro athlete naturally?
Risk to rewards imo a person should atleast have the tools to get on a college team.
