This assessment is 100% correct. Chris at his peak is better than Nassole at his peak.

Middle Eastern genetics in bodybuilding vs. Negro genetics is like comparing a turd to a piece of gold..ironic in this case because the brown turd = arabs and the gold = negro....not that I really had to explain.

This is something nassole aka gh15 always had a problem with...

Chris was better than Nasser, and had better lines and flow than him too. Not only that he was massive and held his own against the big guys all while maintaining a classic old school physique.

F#ck if I know why but people were obsessed with ugly bulging veiny freakyness back then and I think overlooked Cormier for not looking enough like a cartoon character. And unlike the other guys he looked good in a T Shirt, had that build that women totally dug- huge but not stupid looking- and didn't get perceived as the stereotypical short, waddling, nonathletic, narcissistic, little clown at a minstrel show which is what so many women really think of the cult $:-\$

Cormier was a warrior in the gym, but did/still do way to much rec.drugs. This was his downfall, he had every musclepart, nice flow....he had it all to be mr.o and it´s still a hell of an acomplishment to come in third doing so much recs. Go Cormiero!

Ironically, such a complete, proprtionate, symmetrical physique, that it didn't stand out as freaky enough

Like someone said, it was the time of the demayos, matarazzos, and dillets, freak factor

But the body everyone wanrted was cormiers, and apparently so did the white women

not true. a buddy of mine that saw him train on numerous occasions said cormier trained hard about half the time...he was to busy looking at women

Cormier should have placed 2nd at that Olympia. He was way better than oily Flex. Inconsistent though specially with his conditioning. His career as a whole makes him a lesser Bber than Nasser. But as for as potential and at their best (even if it was only for one occasion), Cormier was better than Nasser.

Yet he is still alive wonder when he is going to drop dead of a heart attack from all the rec drugs. Hope that doesn't happen but these days chris doesn't look all there $:-\$

In the Video, Flex and Coleman are too freaky for Cormier. But the top 3 from the 99 Mr Olympia is the best top 3 of all time by far.

At their peak, no. But at that 'O, no contest. Flex'93 is still better than the best version of Cormier. Was he better than Levrone and Ray at their best? Arguable but it's not crazy as Ray has structural flaws that Cormier didn't have and Levrone never achieved the same conditioning Chris did at that 'O.

Flex didn't look good at all- full of oil and poor balance. You could see clearly the difference between him and Ronnie-much more so than in '98. Ronnie could handle that kind of mass while Flex was really meant to keep it at a lower weight.
