That looks impressive but given the structure: pecs are squashed, his torso looks longer than ever, delts are full of oil with zero striations, arms overcome everything else.

Was it 4 or 5 wins at the Ironman? And you have to admit that the Ironman wasn't as competitive as the AC or the '0. I'm just saying he often missed that little extra crispness a guy like Ray could achieve sometimes. And i also agree that he got overlooked, specially at the AC that he should have won on a couple of occasions.

He beat Flex at the 2000 Ironman, and Flex came back and won the Arnold.

Maybe he would have progressed but beating Flex in 2000 was nothing special, Flex was already a mess by then, people weren't so familiar with the oil thing but the man was a little Saudi Arabia by himself back then. The "had he" or "if".....Didn't happen.

Notice how I said NEGRO and no AFRICAN ;) Big difference. Many Arabs in N. Africa and of course Egyptians and these are not the MIGHTY NEGRO.
