Was he trying to prove that he can still be competitive without taking anything?  If that was the case he failed miserably. I mean he got last in a very weak lineup. He wouldn't of placed top 15 at the USA or Nationals looking like that.

Correction...Anybody with half way decent genetics and enough juice, probably could be a pro.  Do enough contests, know the right people, and it wouldn't be extremely hard.
If someone said to me, take a bunch of gear and I will guarantee you would be pro, I would still not go that route.  It's a shady sport filled with drugs, no money, and health problems down the road.  A life I would rather not lead.  I don't knock things because I "can't" do them.  If that were the case, I would hate on NBA players.
Know before speaking.
Croatch on...

Are you out of you're mind man?  I'm not a proponent of AAS usage, but that statement is borderline retarded.  There are guys in my gym going through all sorts of drugs, and still can't push beyond 200.  The thing is, it comes down to lifestyle.  For me personally, I can see why a some would consider, if and only if the demands of life justify moderate usage. In my younger days, when I wasn't so heavily into my career, I had enough time to sleep, eat and train without skipping a beat. I dedicated a big portion of my life to this lifestyle we call 'bodybuilding'.  But when the demands of my career superseded my need to make gains, well you know, something had to give.  The entire objective of going to the gym, is to make continues, measurable gains.  I have to train hard to make small, minute changes. Why?  Because my life doesn’t allow me to get the rest I need. There are so many variables to being a complete bodybuilder, not just a poser who does his chest/bi/back workouts.

I know I’m digressing here, but the point is, NOT just anyone can be a pro. I have met a number of bodybuilder(s) who I believed had the genetic capacity to be a contender in any show. But the fact of the matter is, everyone is genetically different. Not just in shape and size, but how exactly each person responds to AAS usage.  How is it a guy like Yates can go so long without having any reported health problems?  He was regarded as one of the heavier users in his era..…… Then you have Mike whose now having to call it quits in the Pro ranks. The bottom line is, there's more to it then just 'going on the juice'.  Genetics, shape and how the body responds to training stimulus…..  We're talking about the pro ranks here…  These guys are the best of the best.  Give them more credit then that bro.

 Bullshit  ::)

       The average 5-4 125 pound woman on juice can bench over 200.   Fuckin Carrot Top is a good example of what juice will do for the smallest geek.  Levrone as a 160 pound wuss is a good example of how small and ordinary most of these pros are without 35 different drugs.

Whats even more shocking is that he's probably been off for 3 to 4 months.  Imagine what will happen in 1 year!!

What if he never used anything at all...

Geez....

Here is another thought...the guy is short 5' 6" and this is all the thickness he has?

Croatch....can't wait to hear your reply on this one!!

i think there are some guys like Cutler, Comier, Coleman, Levrone...that would be massive without anything.  Guys like Morris are nothing without drugs.

WITHOUT DRUGS:

with out drugs? dont think so my friend,,just less and diff products,,probably bunk,,

YOU DO NOT CALL YORUSELF A BODYBUILDER WITH OUT BEING ON HORMONES! wether its none controled igf and clen or controled usa test and nandrolone,,,,BODYBUILDING = HORMONES

you do not walk around looking big and musuclar 220-230 lb at 5'9- 5'10 with out the constant use of hormone,,,,the more you use the bigger youll get
