That sounds about right.  Mentzer told me that Frank Zane's arms were 16.5" with a pump at the '79 Olympia.  Labrada was thicker than Zane.

lee does look real good there.i agree about the masters show,like the idea about having classes for the decade you competed in.

this,,both did a lot with there height/frames ,,,labrada would have probably been mr o in those yrs,,

I was at a contest in South Florida where Mentzer guest posed about 1980 maybe 1979, spoke to him he said his arms where a little over 19".Was kidding around said not worth living if you don't have 20" arms! One of the guys I was with had 20 inch arms Mike was impressed! Mike was a very cool guy talked to us for a while.

The post when gh15 said that when he was coming up as a bodybuilder Ronnie Rockel was one of the guys he was impressed with and aspired to.,so clearly this throws out any possibility of it being Nasser cause Nasser was always ahead of Ronnie Rockel, in fact Nasser was already top Olympia when Rockel won the German Nationals in the mid 90's. So no one who thinks it's Nasser can get around this post, no matter what.

Maybe he threw it in to throw people off?
