A Georgia Judge has issued a subpoena demanding Barack Obama appear in court January 26 AND produce his original long form birth certificate, passport records, college registration records and more.

Any and all certified birth records including a long form birth certificate.

Certified school/university registration records. Certified immigration/naturalization records.

Certified passport records

Redacted certified Social Security card applications for each of the aliases and other legal names used by Barack Obama, including but not limited to his legal surname when adopted by step-father Lolo Soetoro.

In addition, Judge Malihi has reportedly also subpoenaed Hawaii Health Department officials and commanded them to produce an original certified copy of Obama's long form birth certificate.

Chuckle....a state judge does not have the power to subpoena the President of the United States.  But this only gives the Obama Campaign to raise more funds with those mugs and T-Shirts which has the certificate on his back.

The President of the United States of America was NOT served a subpoena. Mr. Barack Hussein Obama, as an individual, was served a subpoena.

No it doesn't...not only because he's the President (Executive Privilege) but because he was born in Hawaii.  Citizenship is federally controlled...not state controlled and since Hawaii has already said that he's a U.S citizen, another state can't go and say prove it. 

Could you imagine if someone was made to answer a subpoena to every state?  It would be chaos

Well, unfortunately a state judge has no authority in deciding eligibility requirements for a federal election.  If its legit then he would definitely be overstepping his grounds. 

The only state judge that would be able to question his citizenship would be a Hawaii judge perhaps.....even so...this matter is pretty stupid.  Obama is a U.S citizen...has produced the long form birth certificate and its been confirmed by the state of Hawaii.  Anyone who believes otherwise has to be the biggest moron on the face of the planet.
