Can you guys share your tilapia recipes?
I've actually been on mostly-tilapia diet way before I even read bodybuild for the poor. It's the cheapest meat that is not pumped full of hormones and anti-biotics.
Usually, I put a little water and lemon juice in a pan and heat it. I add tilapia, then spice with garlic salt, black pepper, parsley flakes, and red pepper. Cover the pan and let it steam, and it's usually done in 3-4 minutes.
I've been doing this for way too long though. I need some ideas to change it up.
