take her out for DRINKS not dinner, the more time you spend with her the more likelihood youll say something that will make her not want to sleep with you, ask her what time she eats, if she says "seven" say "ok, ill pick you up at 9 for some drinks", get her drunk on the least amount of money and liquid possible so shes not peeing every 5 minutes and youre not wasting time, when you leave take her directly to her place, dont stop at another bar, restaurant, etc.
