Huntsman should have been the GOP's choice---I possibly would have voted for him.
x2. The country would have been better served with Huntsman as the GOP candidate. He was reelected in Utah with 78% of the vote and left office with an 80% approval rating when he departed to become ambassador to China. Focused on solutions rather than ideology he represents a brand of conservativism many Americans could support.
Romney served one term, didn't have a prayer of being reelected and few people in Massachusetts today consider him a successful governor.
