Nasser fucked up a lot of his poses, his lat spread would have looked a lot better if he pulled back and flared his shoulders more instead of bunching forward and crunching down on his abs.
Side tricep he hit wrong a lot too, pulling in tight instead of twisting and showing more of his lat, like Sarcasm said.

His side chest he dropped his arm to far down near the waist and didn't pull his arm back and pecs , he honestly sucked at posing & presentation. You bring up a great point about his front latspread too

You obviously dont know bodybuilding prep very well at all.  Dieting is to remove bodyfat, diuretics is to remove water.  The only things that one might change in their contest prep if they don't have access to diuretics are the fine stuff just days before the show like sodium intake, amount of carb loading, or when to cut your water intake off.  The effects of these decisions reverse practically the day after the show and woudl not effect the Grand Prix shows over the next few weeks.  LOL @ "their whole prep was thrown off dieting for the Olympia without them"
