1.) where is that?
2.) dude needs to replace the wooding stick on the row machine with a metal bar and the pins on the "cage" too.That shit is going to crack and bust his ass open.
3.) Clever leg press machine
4.) i feel bad now selling an old bench press, bars and weights at a garage sell a few months ago for 20 bucks. I would have giving it to dudes.  ;D
