I found a Matt-C vid on youetube. No, it reallyis a Matt-C vid

I was looking for a demosnstration video for a client, so she could see the exercise I was talking about.
As it happens, it was incline dumb bell flyes, & fuck me if I didn't sumble on a Matt-C vid.

Gayer than shaving your arm-pits & donning a Black vest (tank-top for the yanks) to do a youtube video  ::)

MattC, at the time of this video, barefoot at approximately 5:09am EST time was 5'9.37245". That night at 7:49 EST, due to the stress of his 25lb flyes, herniating 4 disks due to deadlifting, sitting at his computer camming with Frank McGrath, and his bouffant deflating, his height was approximately 5'9.23861".

I got a PM from Matt recently,he`s doing good and taking care of his family.

We`ve had our slight differences over the last 9-10 years or so,but he`s a good dude.

His hair and his form suck though.  :)

May look gay but he's got over 2 million upload views on his videos which means he's likely getting paid from Youtube at this point for every upload.  Matt C may be sometimes annoying and slightly racist but he does have some business smarts.

The guy obviously never watched Pumping Iron. Where's the stretch of the muscle fibers at the bottom of the movement? Jeff Rodriguez taught me the proper form on this exercise and this idiot is teaching millions of people to do it wrong.

It's one of those things where sometimes the form I want to show may result in people getting injured so I try to tread lightly. Maybe in the next video I make, I will include clips of both types of form [assuming there are two] so that people can see the difference. I definitely don't want anyone to get hurt. Also - thank you for watching! (all 147of them, including me)
